Recently Innospec launched the latest breakthrough technology, Shineblend® Max (INCI Name: Diphenylsiloxy Phenyl Trimethicone (and) C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate), distributed in Italy by Luigi & Felice Castelli SpA. Shineblend® Max is a specially formulated shine enhancing additive for hair care, skin care and colour cosmetics applications. The patent pending, specialty formulation has been shown to provide a 100% increase in shine levels on hair as compared to other common raw materials like phenyl trimethicone or combinations of common silicones and esters.
